I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't a tens unit type device for a neck massager. I absolutely LOVE it! I gave my Dad one too, and he loves it even more than I do!
I use mine everyday and have noticed my neck is not as stiff and not making that cracking noise when I turn my head. The warmth and pulses feel relaxing. Going to buy another as a gift.

This is a great product for truck drivers who have neck pain when driving it really helps with the pain. Also it has a great price and battery life very easy to use when driving

I have one and have given several away as gifts. I gave one to the guy in my car dealership service center and told him that when I come in and I'm a pain in his neck now he can use this for it. It works great, nice that you can adjust the different levels to your liking. The heating selection is really nice.
